Return of goods and funds
In accordance with the Law on Consumer Protection, the consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract without giving any reason within 14 days from the day the goods were delivered to you. By withdrawing from the contract, you are released from all obligations except the obligation to pay the costs related to sending the goods that are returned due to the withdrawal from the contract. Your declaration of withdrawal from the contract takes effect from the day you send it to us.
1. You can submit your withdrawal statement to our e-mail address office@awibhri.com, or fill it out and send it to our address. You can download the contract cancellation form, which came with the package,
here.
2. After we receive your e-mail, we will send you the Document for returning the goods to your e-mail, which is a confirmation of receipt of your declaration of withdrawal from the contract.
3. You need to print the submitted documents, fill them in, sign them (sign and stamp for legal entities) and send them together with the goods to the address that the Operator from the ONLINE store will send to your e-mail.
4. The package containing the goods for return must be tightly packed and sealed with self-adhesive tape.
5. Products that are returned due to contract cancellation must be unused, undamaged and packed in the original packaging. As a customer, you do not bear the costs incurred by withdrawing from the contract, except for the postage costs incurred by sending the goods to our address. On our part, we undertake that, immediately after receiving the goods that are returned based on the cancellation of the contract, we will refund the funds paid for the returned goods. In order to refund your funds, it is necessary that the goods for which the refund is made, as well as the completed and signed documents for the return of the goods, be delivered to the address that the operator of the ONLINE store sends to your e-mail. After confirmation of receipt, the funds will be paid to the account you specified in the form within 10 working days. You guarantee the correctness of the data entered in the Goods Return Document with your signature, i.e. stamp.
6. In the case of returning goods and refunding funds to the customer that he previously paid with a payment card (merchant), he is obliged to make the refund exclusively through the Bank, i.e. through the card associations Visa and MasterCard, by reversal/partial reversal of the original transaction, at the request of the seller, the bank will refund to the account of the cardholder.
If, after receiving the item, you have determined that you want to exchange it for another item of a lower or higher price category, please contact us by calling the phone number 011 3202 100 or send us an email to the address office@awibhri.com. Your invoice/delivery note number, code and size of the item for which you want to replace the originally ordered item, as well as your JMBG (optional) and your dinar current account number to which we would pay the possible difference in price categories.
Refund
When picking up the shipment, please check your package in the presence of the courier. If there are visible damages on it (torn parts and crushing), you should not take the package. In this case, please call us on the phone number +381 69/779-571 or send us an e-mail with your data (name, surname, phone) to the address office@awibhri.com and state the reason why you refused to collect the package. We will inform you about further action as soon as possible.
If you received the shipment and after opening the box found that the delivered goods do not correspond to the ordered ones or the information on the invoice is not correct, please call us at the latest within 24 hours from the moment of receipt of the shipment by phone at the number +381 69/779-571, or send an e-mail with your information (name, surname, phone) to the address office@awibhri.com and describe what kind of problem you have. We will inform you about further action as soon as possible.
If there are non-conformities on the purchased product in terms of the provisions of the Law on Consumer Protection, please proceed in the manner defined by the rulebook on consumer complaints for goods purchased via the online store, which, together with the complaint request form, should be sent to our address.
